Description
We harvest the highest-quality soft winter wheat from the rich, fertile farmlands in and around the Picardy region in the north of France. The whole wheat is then milled to a precise grade of flour before being fermented and distilled.
The high-proof spirit then travels south to Gensac where it is blended with pure spring water drawn from 500 feet beneath the limestone hills of the Grande Champagne region of Cognac.
